Sr. Loan Analyst

Position & Responsibilities:

The Lending Analyst will be working with private and public lending institutions providing guidance and expertise on the loan origination process. This includes being able to help clients navigate a complete loan application, reviewing existing underwriting rules and analyzing appropriate document management policies along with regulatory compliance measures. This position requires excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer financial services, mortgage, or direct lending businesses and technologies with the following skills:

  • Review and analyze applications for financing with regard to the eligibility and the financial feasibility (including proformas, revenues, operating expenses, and financing) of the development, and the capability of the development team.
  • Assist development clients with the understanding of and compliance with public requirements and approvals.
  • Coordinate project team meetings with development team, client technical staff and other parties as necessary to further development progress.
  • Review closing documents for accuracy, completeness and conformity to department policies, guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Planning, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least two (2) years related experience; or a Bachelor's Degree and training in housing finance and development, plus at least four (4) years related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers, individuals, agencies, private and public lending institutions, and community organizations is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve while staying within guidelines is required.
  • Mature judgment with an ability to support and explain reasoning for decisions is required.

Loan Analyst

Position & Responsibilities:

This is an entry-level position that requires strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and as a team. A successful candidate is detail oriented, well organized, and has the ability to develop business relationships with our partners.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with clients to document existing processes and work flows.
  • Interfacing with client teams to socialize best practices and guidelines.
  • Represent DLI at trade shows and conferences.

Business Systems Analyst - Finance

Position & Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst is involved in the design and/or modification of systems and business processes often with cross-functional teams. The analyst will interact with the business stakeholders, the project team, and subject matter specialists to document, organize and clarify business requirements and workflows. The BSA must be proactive with proven strength in researching and finding solutions to creatively introduce alternative processes and workflows to augment what the stakeholders provided. In this capacity the BSA needs to possess strong business and systems design logic, effective critical thinking, persuasive and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer financial services, mortgage, or direct lending businesses and technologies with the following skills:

  • Understand and document current state of business processes including data flows and recommend system improvements/modifications with enhancement requests.
  • Ensure business requests are correctly defined to provide direction and guidance to development teams.
  • Capture knowledge and outcome of discussions and business.
  • Understand business stakeholders’ strategic vision and associated priorities.
  • Research technology products/services and prepare client presentations while working with internal teams. Prepare functional specifications documents along with solutions options, as well as provide input for high level technical design.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in a business analyst / business systems analyst / project management role. Financial Services preferred.
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced business environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task across several projects supporting multiple business departments.
  • Translate technology terms into business language and examples clients can relate to.
  • Strong experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, including working with clients and third-party services teams.

Sr. Program Manager

Position & Responsibilities:

Are you someone who excels at actively collaborating with the customers, leading a team to get things done, and can still be hands with your expertise? This position is focused on leading service delivery for our customer's business and financial management tasks. Your role here is to help support our clients with responsiblility for the analysis, formulation, and execution of financial management tools and solutions.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of analysts at all levels (junior, mid, senior) and partners to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of the lending industry to plan, direct, track, and conduct quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the customer to establish quarterly and monthly program goals, and subsequently manage execution on a daily basis, including regular status reporting.
  • Coach and develop existing and new team members for professional development and program success.
  • Participate in thought leadership activities to innovate service delivery of financial management services and grow the company's financial and business management practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelors degree with 5+ years of work experience in a financial capacity.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
  • Thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Sr. Project Manager

Position & Responsibilities:

The Sr, Project Manager acts as the primary liaison to customers during the project execution phase managing combinations of DLI, 3rd party and client resources. The PM creates and maintains project artifacts, project meetings (i.e., standups, grooming, roadmaps, executive reporting, etc.). The PM may interact with all levels of both DLI and our clients’ organizations. The PM must have proven capability in influencing and directing diverse teams of sole contributors while remaining easily adaptable to changing priorities and shifting requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer financial services, mortgage, or direct lending businesses and technologies with the following skills:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is alignment with client objectives
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Manage project scope and changes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in a project management role. Financial Services preferred.
  • Proven track record in the ability to conceptualize, apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information to determine solutions.
  • Ability to translate technology terms into business language and examples clients can relate to.
  • Strong experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, including working with clients and third-party services teams.
